Pets are welcome at an additional charge of $30 per pet, per day. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises, and per city regulations, the property accommodates a maximum of 12 individuals. Street parking is strictly prohibited at all times, and violations may result in fines from the city of Rowlett, which enforces these rules rigorously. Parking is available for two vehicles at the front of the property and two additional vehicles in the garage at the back. Please do not block the sidewalk. The hot tub can be operated through our custom app on your phone, using the last four digits of your phone number to turn it on. Please reach out if you need assistance. The pool is open year-round; however, it cannot be heated if outdoor temperatures fall below 45 degrees at any point during your stay. Pool heating is available at $150 per day with a two-day minimum, and we ask for at least two days' advance notice to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature. Please note that use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and cannabis — is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. If smoke is detected upon checkout, a flat remediation fee of $500 will be assessed. Please observe quiet hours and respect our neighbors. As required by the city of Rowlett, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal from the property. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late checkout, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate based on subsequent bookings. Early check-in may be available for $50 per hour prior to 4:00 p.m. — please inquire about availability.
