○ Pets are extra; they are $30 per pet, per day. ○ Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. The property accommodates a maximum of 12 individuals by city regulations. ○ Street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. Any violations may result in fines from the city of Rowlett, which enforces these rules rigorously. Parking is available for two vehicles at the front of the property and two additional vehicles in the garage at the back. Please do not block the sidewalk. You may operate the hot tub using the iAqualink app on the phone located in the kitchen door. If you require assistance, please reach out to us. ○ Pool: The pool remains open year-round; however, it cannot be heated if the outdoor temperature falls below 45 degrees at any point during your stay. Heating the pool is available at $150 per day, 2 day minimum, and we require at least two days’ advance notice to ensure the desired temperature is reached. Please note, the use of the pool or hot tub is at your own risk. ○ Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and cannabis—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. If smoke is detected upon checkout, an additional flat fee of $500 will be assessed for remediation. ○ Please observe quiet hours and respect our neighbors. As mandated by the city of Rowlett, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal from the property. ○ Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Should you require a late checkout, please contact us in advance; we will do our best to accommodate your request based on subsequent bookings. ○ Early check-in may be available for $50 per hour prior to 4:00 p.m. Please inquire about availability.
